Oracle has announced the appointment of David Bunei as the managing director of Kenya operations.In this role, Bunei will be responsible for helping Kenyan public and private sector organisations achieve strategic objectives by driving digital transformation with Oracle Cloud. With more than two decades experience in the IT and telecommunications sector, Bunei has held several leadership roles with leading organisations. Prior to joining Oracle, he was the general manager at Cisco Systems, responsible for business in East Africa and Indian Ocean Islands for almost four years, from September 2015. This position followed other leadership roles at the organisation, in technical and sales management.
