In a notice issued on Monday morning, Kenya Commercial Bank announced the resignation of Nancy Asiko Onyango from the bank’s board having served as a non-executive director since last year. Dr. Nancy Onyango was last year appointed to a top job at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to head the Internal Audit and Inspection office effective this month. The Internal Audit and Inspection Office carries out independent assessments of the IMF’s internal Control and governance processes.
Filling in her spot at KCB is Josephine Tata Djirackor who is a telecommunications engineer and also the co-founder of Elris Communications Service Limited. Elris was founded in the year 2004 by Josephine Djirackor and her husband. The services provided y Elris include; Electrical Works, Civil Engineering and Telecom Engineering.
