CLOSED ROADS

Motorists have been advised to use alternative routes for the better part of Sunday morning as nine roads will be closed for the races that will kick off at 6.30 am. They include:

1. Mombasa Road

2. Lusaka Road – Mombasa Road Junction to the City Stadium

3. Aerodrome Road

4. Bunyala Road – Mombasa Road Junction to Unilever Kenya

5. Haile Selassie Roundabout – August 7th Memorial Park

6. Kenyatta Avenue

7. University Way

8. Waiyaki Way

9. Museum Hill – Waiyaki Way Junction – Ojijo Road/Kipande Road junction

RACE START TIMES

Wheel Chair / Tri-Cycle:
6.00 am (call time)
6.30 am (start time)

Half Marathon (21 Km):
6.40 am (call time)
7.00 am (start time)

10 Km & Corporate Race:
8.00 am (call time)
8.30 am (start time)

5 Km Race & 2km Pregnant Walk:
8.45 am (call time)
9.00 am (start time)

Assembly points:
Uhuru Highway – Outside
Toyota Kenya

WATER POINTS

– GPO
– Museum
– Dunga Road
– Lusaka Road
– Turning at Eka hotel
– Baricho Road
– Finishing Point

SPONGING POINTS

– GPO
– Dunga Road
– Turning at Eka hotel

MEDICAL

There will be an ambulance at every water point and at the Finish line.
