NCBA Bank has advanced the NCBA Now app to allow for the instant onboarding of new customers. With this latest addition , customers can now enjoy a fully digital account opening process. This enhancement marks a significant milestone in the lender’s digital transformation journey.
Once downloaded, customers will open accounts on the mobile application and input their identification details, including the national identification card details and photo recognition, as part of their verification process. The feature will allow customers to initiate the process anytime, anywhere, at their convenience.
